Website and course information

NDTCTC provides information about training, consultancy, learner support and online courses. Course schedules, delivery mode, access period, fees and assessment requirements can vary; the details confirmed on the applicable course page or written quotation take priority.

Accounts and acceptable use

Learner accounts are personal. You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure and not share, copy, resell, record or redistribute protected course content without written authorization.

Payments and course access

Paid online access begins after the payment and enrolment are successfully confirmed. A payment receipt alone may require reconciliation if the provider callback is delayed. Contact support with the transaction reference if access is not activated.

Certificates, qualification and employment

Course completion, training, qualification and employer certification are not automatically interchangeable. The certificate issuer, assessment rules and recognition depend on the stated course, applicable written practice, employer and client requirements. Placement assistance or interview guidance does not guarantee employment.

Refunds and cancellations

The refund and cancellation conditions displayed on the NDTCTC eLearning portal for the purchased course apply. Learners should review those conditions before payment and contact support promptly if an incorrect or duplicate payment occurs.

Intellectual property

Website and course content is owned by or licensed to NDTCTC and is provided for the enrolled learner's authorized educational use. Standards, codes and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
